The Study Abroad Foundation of the Arts (SAFA) and Danceletics International (DI) will host their annual 10-Day U.S. Cheer Camp. This Camp, designed for anyone over the age of 16 years old who loves cheer and dance, allows the opportunity to have fun and learn a lot in beautiful Atlanta, Georgia. As a leading international dance and cheer event organizer, DI understands that unforgettable camps are experienced and not merely attended. That's why they are so excited that the Director of the ATL Dancers of the NBA Atlanta Hawks will be incorporating even more experiences into their Camp to add more excitement, fun and learning opportunities.
Need help with dance technique, dance fitness training, auditioning, performing to certain choreography, or English experience learning? Look no further.
Our Camp is geared for aspiring dancers and cheerleaders who dream to achieve a coveted spot as a NBA or NFL cheerleader or the professional cheerleading level in their own country. The highlight of the Camp is providing the ability for participants to perform center court at State Farm Arena at a NBA Atlanta Hawks' game and receive lessons from some of the best dancers in the world. Participants will also have the opportunity to learn from and ask any question to an actual NBA cheerleading director through our seminars - what to expect as an pro cheerleader, how to improve your dance skill, and what to wear to pro auditions will all be topics of discussion. With the goal of preparing participants for the future, DI has included mock auditions and hair, makeup and audition apparel sessions with the Director of the ATL Hawks. Our Camp is designed to create the most value imaginable.
